In this episode, Mike & Jim discuss some tech (the iPhone and BlueRay), talk about how many travelers are skipping plane travel because of the hassles, discuss how the high price of gas could go even higher, Google's offer to manage your health records online, and discuss this week's political stories.

[OK. So I was way off on my statements on the national petroleum reserve levels. It's currently at 700 million barrels, and is authorized for up to 1 billion - which would translate to about 50 day supply at current levels. Sorry for the misinformation, but as I mentioned it was on the radio and I hadn't had a chance to doulble check. See the Department of Energy Website link in the show notes for more info. -- Mike]

Next the men turn their eyes to archaeologist views on Indiana Jones, Vista may finally be ready for Jim, and woes continue in the airline biz.

In this week's political soundoff, the guys talk about Edwards' endorsement of Obama, and how Hillary has rested her hopes squarely on the so far uncounted votes from Michigan and Florida.

We skipped our main segment this week, but will be back with a full show next time.

Then they talk about how our view of wine can be heavily skewed by our knowing what we're drinking, an update on the NY Call Girl scandal, New York's Calorie Count Law, and more.

In this week's political roundup it seems that everyone but Hillary knows it time to give up but that hasn't stopped her from "going nuclear" or playing the race card once again.

In our main segment, they guys are joined again by Greg Rempe from the BBQ-Central show and Mike asks Greg the questions every first time BBQ-er is thinking.

This week on the Mind of Men,  Mike and Jim talk about this past week's cigar and scotch dinner, Earth Day, whether or not we are in a recession, the stupid remarks made by Netflix's CEO, Microsoft changing its tune on Windows XP's end of life, trouble ahead for Delta & Northwest, and ebay suing Craigslist.

We then take a look at the week's political stories.

In this week's main topic segment Jim and Mike are joined by Jim's wife, Claudia as we take a lighthearted look at food and drink pairings.  There is plenty of libation to go around, so keep in mind that you are listening to the edited version of this show.  The original footage was much longer and well, let's say, not quite as geneel.
